Note : the missing orange causes the loss of colour from the background and the bird’s wing feathers. It also results in the fruit appearing in the yellow underlay colour. The two right columns of a sheet were affected resulting in 12 copies with orange missing – however, the bottom marginal strip comprising 2 examples was stolen along with various other stamps from Dealers Bridger & Kay on 12 February 1964.
